Tia Wilson
Meet Our Historical Society President
Tia Wilson is originally from the Old Town, Maine area and moved to Durham in 1999. She has a crazy passion for genealogy, history, and old cemeteries. She joined the Durham Historical Society and the Durham Cemetery Committee in 2008, where she serves as chair on both committees. Even though Tia is not a native of Durham, her children are. She has made it her life mission to help preserve the town’s history for every generation to come. Durham’s history holds a special place in her heart, and her main goal is to make sure that it is never forgotten.
